The House & Garden
The Whare is a large, open-plan home of approximately 400m², designed for whānau, friends, and small groups. With sleeping for up to 25 guests marae-style and spacious grounds that can accommodate tents or campervans by arrangement, it offers plenty of room to relax, connect, and enjoy the peace of the Pāpāmoa Hills. The north and east-facing orientation ensures all-day sun and beautiful views across the surrounding whenua.
The Kitchen
Our fully equipped marae-style kitchen can cater for up to 80 people, with a large commercial fridge, smaller fridge/freezer for daily items, a hot water urn, tables and chairs, and all the basic utensils you’ll need. Whether you’re cooking for a small group or preparing a feast, the kitchen makes it easy to share kai together. For special catering needs, guests are welcome to bring additional items.
Hall / Sleep Area
Sleeping is designed for comfort and connection, with thick foam mattresses set up in an open-plan marae-style layout. Guests provide their own linen, towels, blankets, and pillows. The hall is ideal for groups, offering space for socialising, learning, or simply relaxing together in a safe, homely environment.
