The Whare is managed by the Horaparaikete Trust, named after our Kuia Horaparaikete, through whom this land descends.
We celebrate our Kuia and our whakapapa to this land known as Te Whaaro. Our Trust built The Whare as a means to reconnect family and whenua, a place for us to gather and remember who we are here as Tangata Whenua, people of this land.
